Before founding SOLE REFLEX, I spent over a decade working inside the film industry as a producer and impact strategist, including leading BAFTA Impact programmes and working across documentary, narrative, and advocacy-driven productions.
This work gave me an intimate understanding of what sustained creative output asks of the body and mind. It is also what brought me here.
