How do I support people?
Not just through what they say, or what they’ve been through but through what they carry in their bodies.
This question has, at times, taken me out of my centre, out of my body. So I first had to ask: how do I support myself?
My background is in storytelling. I’ve spent over a decade working across film and the charity sector, co-founding a women’s rights organisation and producing work that centres voices often left out of the mainstream.
Along the way, I began to notice something I couldn’t ignore. The people doing meaningful work, including myself, were often exhausted, disconnected, and running on empty.
It led me back to the body.
To understand the body not as something to fix or numb, but something to listen to. And yet, many environments ask us to disconnect from it, because staying fully connected can feel unmanageable. I believe there is another way.
Living with severe eczema from birth, and later finding my own way to naturally healing, brought this into focus. It showed me how much the body communicates when we learn to listen.
Reflexology has been medicine for me. Through my training, I’ve learned how to offer that same support to others.
Now, I offer a space for rest, whether in private sessions or within creative environments, where the body can soften and return to its own rhythm and intelligence.
I am always learning, and I bring that learning into my work.

The practice
SOLE REFLEX offers one-to-one sessions designed to meet the body where it is. I work through the feet, integrating sound with tuning forks and carefully chosen aromatherapy to guide the nervous system into a state of rest, recovery, and ease.
Each session takes place in a quiet, contained space where the body can fully rest and recalibrate.
For productions, I offer discreet on-set sessions and ongoing support for cast and crew during demanding shoots. Individual, group, and retreat sessions are also available for those seeking dedicated time to deepen their connection to their body outside of work.
